Below are reasons why you might want to consider quitting alcohol:

  • Time Management. Every time you drink, you lose about 3 hours of productive time (if you drink 2 to 3 hours per occasion). Every year, you lose a month and a half. That’s a lot of lost time that could have been spent sober and productively.
  • Have more meaningful talks. Conversation builds character and makes us grow. Those benefits disappear when you’re caught in between of alcohols. Alcohol prevents uplifting talks most of the time. It might seem terrifying to meet new people without drinking, but the damage alcohol causes is scarier.


  • Get rich quickly.  This is no doubt. Cutting down on alcohol will save you a  lot of money.


  • Sleep Revitalization. Alcohol is a depressant, which means it will make you tired. Alcohol also disrupts sleep patterns, throwing off your body’s balance.

So, quit drinking!
